Adopting a rain type automatic device. This method is very suitable for flat plate shaped parts, with high work efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale production. To prevent the glue from clogging the nozzle, the glue used must have appropriate viscosity and fluidity.
4. Roll coating method
Immerse the lower half of the glue roller into the glue, expose the upper half to the outside, and directly or indirectly contact the working surface through the printing glue roller. Drive the glue roller to rotate through the workpiece, etc., and apply the glue onto the bonding surface. To achieve different adhesive effects, different grooves and patterns can be made on the surface of the glue roller, and the adhesive amount can be controlled by changing the pressure of the glue roller or using a scraper. Rubber rollers can be made of rubber, wood, felt, or metal.
5. Scratching method
For high viscosity limb like and paste like adhesives, as well as for adhesive components such as flooring, adhesive boards can be used for coating. The adhesive board can be made of materials such as 1-1.5mm thick elastic steel plate and rigid polyvinyl chloride board.
